If I were you I would check through the settings to make sure vibration hasn't been turned off somehow on your PS5 or in the red dead settings. Been playing video games since the late 90s and have never encountered a controller that tortured my hands like the PS5 controller. this forum glad I stumbled on this old thread because i used the same or similar app to test the controller vibrations and all when I check the vibration and put on the left side alone on it rumbles a lot and when I turn on the right side its just smooth vibration.
